PURPOSE: A video photographing device is provided to install a key input unit for operating a DSC(Digital Still Camera) and a key input unit for operating a digital camcorder on both sides of a case rotatively coupled with a body, such that the key input units can be faced with each other, thereby reducing a product size. CONSTITUTION: A body(10) is mounted with a recording medium. The first camera unit(22) is rotatively installed on the body(10), and outputs an electric signal by photographing an object. The second camera unit(23) is rotatively installed on the body(10), and outputs an electric signal by photographing the object. The first key input unit is used for the first camera unit(22). The second key input unit is used for the second camera unit(23). A case(21) receives the first camera unit(22). When the first camera unit(22) is located to photograph the object, the first key input unit is located at an upper end of the case(21).
