PURPOSE: An address data processor of a plasma display panel and a method thereof, and a recording medium which a program including the method is stored are provided to process subfield data necessary for high resolution within a predetermined time without increasing a clock frequency by using a few frame memories. CONSTITUTION: A subfield data generation unit(121,123) receives RGB image data and generates corresponding subfield data. A frame memory(161,163) is used for dividing the RGB image data, storing the divided RGB images data at a rising edge and a falling edge of a reference clock, and outputting the stored subfield data at the rising edge and the falling edge of the reference clock. A subfield data rearrangement unit(170) receives the subfield data from the frame memory, rearranging the subfield data as address data necessary for addresses of each subfield, and outputting the rearranged subfield data to a plasma display panel.
