PURPOSE: An extraction method of effective component of acorn and non-alcoholic beverage comprising the same are provided, thereby effectively extracting the effective component of acorn having anti-obeseness, lipid metabolism-improving and antioxidative activity. CONSTITUTION: The extraction method of effective component of acorn comprises the steps of: (1) dying acorn with the inner surface; and (2) adding 400 to 600 parts by weight of water into 100 parts by weight of the dried acorn, and heating the mixture at 50 to 60 deg. C for 2 to 3 hours, wherein the effective component of acorn has sugar degree of 1.0 Brix, acidity of 0.09% and pH 4.45. The non-alcoholic beverage comprises 75 to 85 wt.% of the effective component of acorn, 7 to 9 wt.% of fructose, 2.5 to 3.5 wt.% of polydextrose and water.
