AUTOMATIC THREAD INSERTION DEVICE OF TIRE TOPPING CORD IN WHICH THREAD IS AUTOMATICALLY AND ACCURATELY INSERTED

PURPOSE: Provided is a thread insertion device of a tire topping cord, in which the thread is automatically and accurately inserted or taken out on the surface of the topping cord, thereby preventing any accidents and improving the productivity. CONSTITUTION: The thread insertion device of the tire topping cord comprises a thread skein portion(10) for suppling the tread through a number of skeins(11) positioned on a thread loosing stand(13); a thread inserting roller(21) being up and down movable, positioned in the front of the thread skein portion(10); a thread cutting roller(22) being up and down movable, positioned just above the thread inserting roller(21); and an air spraying pipe(30) provided with a number of spraying nozzles, positioned around the thread inserting roller(21). The thread skein portion(10) includes a rotation plate with up and down rotation shafts, where the thread skeins(11) are safely positioned; and a thread loosing portion(13) in which a bearing is inserted around the center shaft on the lower part of the rotation plate.
