PROCESS FOR PRODUCING MICROORGANISM CARRIER FOR REMOVING ODORS AND VOLATILE ORGANIC COMPOUNDS BY USING WASTE POLYURETHANE FOAM AND WASTE CASTINGS

Purpose: a process is arranged to the microorganism carrier and volatile organic compounds that production is used for removing odor, without special injection and is supplied nutrients by using waste polyurethane foam and waste casting. Construction: microorganism carrier by using the fixed waste casting of polyvinyl alcohol 392 and waste polyurethane by being generated, wherein waste casting, and the weight ratio of waste polyurethane and polyvinyl alcohol 392 is 14: 1:1.Smell is due to monosulfide and a nitrogen odor material, such as hydrogen sulfide and ammonia. Volatile organic compounds contains benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and dimethylbenzene.
