PURPOSE: A blowing vane of a withdrawal port for air-conditioning an interior room is provided to maximally cut off the diffusion of cold and hot air through a non-air conditioning area and to secure a diffusion distance of the cold and hot air and an air-conditioning area through the air-conditioning area. CONSTITUTION: A blowing vane(10) of a withdrawal port is mounted on a wall of an interior room to blow cold and hot air for cooling and heating the room through various ducts from an air conditioner. A blowing grille(12) is integrally connected and installed in a circular or square rim(11) of the blowing vane. Intervals between the blowing grille for corresponding to the upper part of the blowing vane and for crossing the upper part of the vane are narrower than the other blowing grille corresponding to the rest part of the blowing vane.
