PURPOSE: A precast concrete panel-composite beam of a lower flange-concealed and mechanical combined structure and a construction method thereof are provided to firmly connect a precast concrete panel and a steel beam while preventing breakage of the precast concrete panel caused by welding and to improve fatigue strength. CONSTITUTION: A precast concrete panel-composite beam a lower flange-concealed structure is formed by combining a steel beam(10) and a precast concrete panel(20). A concave part to which a lower flange(13) of the steel beam is concealed is formed to the top surface of the precast concrete panel and a connection bottom plate(50) comprising a steel plate is integrally formed to the concave part. The lower flange of the steel beam and the connection bottom plate are mechanically fastened by a fastening member(52) in a state of where the lower flange is situated to the concave part of the precast concrete panel, to combine the steel beam and the precast concrete panel primarily. Secondary concrete(26) is placed to the concave part, and the composition of the steel beam and the precast concrete panel is completed.
