PURPOSE: A system for notifying of and processing failure information, particularly for detecting a failure of an unmanned automated machine and notifying a failure information processing system of information on the detected failure, is provided to allow an operator to check failure information and visit a pertinent site to take a step immediately by detecting a failure of a certain machine and providing the failure information to the operator. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of failure detecting units(200) detect whether a certain machine is failed. When the plurality of failure detecting units(200) detect a failure of the machine, a failure information notification controller(220) generates failure information, stores it and notifies a failure information processing system of the failure. A fixed line telephone network connecting unit(240) is connected to the failure information processing system through a fixed line telephone network and transmits the failure information that has been provided by the failure information notification controller(220) to the failure information processing system. A wireless telephone network connecting unit(250) transmits the failure information to be transmitted to the failure information processing system to a wireless telephone network.
