NUTRITIONAL DRINK USING FERMENTED SOYBEAN AS MAIN INGREDIENT AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME, WHEREIN THE DRINK CONTAINS ESSENTIAL AMINO ACIDS, VITAMINS, EDIBLE FIBERS, SAPONINS, ISOFLAVONES CONTAINED IN THE SOYBEANS TO PREVENT AND TREAT ADULT DISEASES
PURPOSE: Provided is a nutritional drink using fermented soybean as a main ingredient and a method for manufacturing the same. The drink contains essential amino acids, vitamins, edible fibers, saponins, isoflavones contained in the soybeans. Therefore, it is good for prevention and treatment of adult diseases. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of the nutritional drink comprises the steps of: boiling soybeans and dewatering them; naturally fermenting the soybeans at 30-40 deg.C for 3-5 days to a moisture content of 5%; pulverizing the fermented soybeans; kneading the fermented soybeans powder, peanut powder and nonglutinous rice with mugwort extract containing sugar at 35-40 deg.C; adding purified water to the dough and heating it at 80-100 deg.C for 10-30 minutes; and cooling it to 15-20 deg.C.
