Purpose: a monitoring with a power line communication scheme is arranged to the high-speed power line communication function wherein of insertion one with digital code camera, to realize the easy to install and operation by simple line. Construct: a video camera (20) includes by the following. One common AC power of one power unit (21) and a power line (30) related receiving, provides power to per unit. One camera unit (27) is an image photographic, exports image as an electric signal. One transmitter (28) adjusts picture signal output from camera unit (27) according to a power line communication scheme, exports modulated signal. One connector (26) connects adjusted image signal, and the power with power line (30) protects a circuit, by preventing that there is the alternating voltage more than a predetermined level to flow into transmitter (28).
