MULTIACCESS METHOD IN HIGH-SPEED WIRELESS COMMUNICATION, ESPECIALLY CONCERNED WITH MAXIMIZING SPECTRUM EFFICIENCY BY MAXIMIZING THE DATA RATE OF A RADIO PERIOD IN A CELL AND MINIMIZING A MUTUAL INTERFERENCE BETWEEN CELLS IN FORMING AND OPERATING A CELLULAR TYPE NETWORK IN A HIGH-SPEED INTERNET SYSTEM
PURPOSE: A multiaccess method in high-speed wireless communication is provided to simplify cell planning by operating an identical frequency for every cell and to maximize the efficiency of frequency reuse by minimizing an inter-cell interference. CONSTITUTION: A base station uses a given frequency f1 at all the cells identically(S1), and divides the f1 frequency band into a plurality of subcarrier groups(S2). The base station measures the value of an SNR(Signal to Noise Ratio)(S3) and compares the measured SNR with a reference SNR(S4). In case that the measured SNR is larger than the reference SNR, the base station allocates all the subcarrier groups of an available frequency band for each user(S5). However, if the measured SNR is smaller than the reference SNR, the base station allocates one or some subcarrier groups of an available frequency band for each user(S6).
