摘要

PURPOSE: A cooling device for a superconducting quantum interference device, which has a thermal reflection layer of an electrical isolation structure and a thermal shield part of a wire structure installed between double barrels, is provided to improve largely the sensitivity by shielding the flow of thermal magnetic noise. CONSTITUTION: An internal barrel is used for storing liquefied nitrogen and liquefied helium in order to cool a superconducting quantum interference device. An external barrel is formed around the internal barrel. A vacuum part is formed between a gap between the internal barrel and the external barrel. A thermal reflection part(300) is inserted between the internal barrel and the external barrel. A thermal shield part is arranged on the outside of the thermal reflection part. The thermal reflection part is formed with a Mylar(320) and a plurality of thermal reflection layers(310) deposited on the Mylar. The thermal shield part is formed with a base, and a plurality of wires adhered on the base.
