PURPOSE: A slip restricting apparatus mounted in a tire is provided to improve road holding by forming vertical and horizontal grooves in an arm member, to cut down manufacturing cost by adjusting the length of the internal member for various tires, and to enhance the driving force by modifying the shape of the stud. CONSTITUTION: A fixing plate is attached to a wheel of a tire, and a body(100) of a slip restricting apparatus is combined with an arm member(150). The slip restricting apparatus is fixed to the side of the tire by fitting the body into the fixing plate. A first rotating disk(110) is rotated and combined with the body. An assembling hole(112) is formed eccentrically from the center of the first rotating disk. A second rotating disk(120) is rotated and combined with the first rotating disk. A fitting hole(122) is formed eccentrically from the center of the second rotating disk. A tread of the tire is covered by an end of the arm member, and the other end of the arm member is combined with the fitting hole of the second rotating disk to fasten the arm member to the body.
