PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to achieve improved productivity and reduce manufacturing costs by continuously manufacturing fuse tubes through the use of glass fiber and eliminating procedures of baking and re-processing. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises an un-winder(11) including a main motor(11M) and a support plate(11A) on which the main motor is mounted; a base(12) having a top surface on which a pair of rails are arranged; tube producers(13) each of which includes a movable plate moving along the rails of the base, a driving motor(13M) fixed on the movable plate, a pair of extraction cylinders(13B) fixed at both sides of the driving motor, and a movable side plate(13C) reciprocating along the outer surface of a rotating shaft(X); a winding assist unit(14) including a guide plate(14A) and a main body(14B); a tube cutter(15) including a cutter fixing board, and a cutter moving board having a plurality of cutter blades; a frame(16) including side walls and a top surface connecting the side walls; and a controller(17) for automatically controlling the un-winder, tube producers, winding assist unit, tube cutter and a cutter(16B) arranged beneath the top surface of the frame.
