RAILING-CUM-GUARD RAIL WITH SHOCK BUFFERING MEMBER, FOR EASILY INSTALLING REGARDLESS OF SPACES

PURPOSE: A railing used for a guard rail is provided to maximally absorb shock transmitted from the outside and to secure a safe space by preventing a fall of children. CONSTITUTION: Posts(130) are separated at constant intervals and mounted on the ground. A separating plate(110) has a recessed unit(111) formed vertically in the center to partially contact and fix to an outer periphery of the post and the separating plates are fixed symmetrically to the post by bending inward joint parts(112) formed at both ends and then changing obliquely the angle of the joint units. A horizontal wall plate(120) is fixed between the separating plates fastened symmetrically to the post by the joint unit to form a filling space therein and formed with a bent unit(121) arranged in the horizontal direction of a plate body.
