PURPOSE: A digitizer adopting LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to dispense with a digitizer board, thereby realizing a small size, a small thickness and a small weight of the liquid crystal display by forming a digitizer as a component part of one of among the liquid crystal panel, the back light sheet and the light guide plate. CONSTITUTION: A resonant pen(47) for inputting an external signal and An LCD panel(41) are prepared, respectively. A backlight sheet(45) is installed on the LCD panel. A light guide plate(43) is disposed under the backlight sheet and a shield cover(49) is coupled to the light guide plate. A digitizer is formed as a component part of one among the liquid crystal panel, the back light sheet and the light guide plate.
