PURPOSE: A device and a method for a mobile service rearing a cyber character are provided to enable a user to enjoy a game to rear the characteristic cyber character in anywhere without buying a separate game machine by offering the game rearing the cyber character on the mobile server and rearing the cyber character with use of a mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: A web interface(410) provides an interface with the Internet(100). A user information storage(420) stores user information of the mobile terminal(500) using the mobile server rearing the cyber character. A service information storage(430) stores a mobile service program rearing the cyber character with the mobile terminal. A character information storage(440) stores the cyber character information of the mobile service used by the user of the mobile terminal. An item information storage(450) stores item information used for using the cyber character of the mobile service.
