PURPOSE: A display device and its driving method and an electronic device using the display device are provided to prevent the decrease of a frame frequency by changing a write and read operation of a memory efficiently. CONSTITUTION: The display device includes a control circuit. According to the control circuit, the first and the second memory(101,102) store data. The first and the second selector(103,104) act the role of write and read of the first and the second memory. A logic circuit(105) performs write operation to the first and the second memory. A logic circuit(106) performs a read operation from the first and the second memory. And a circuit(107) determines start point of a vertical synchronous signal.
