PURPOSE: A method of making a solid preparation by previously dissolving poorly soluble drugs in a plasticizer and then coating a powdery enteric coating agent on a core particle while spraying the plasticizer on the core particle is provided. It can produce the product having excellent solubility without organic solvents utilizing conventional equipment while avoiding the problems such as environmental pollution, work site safety or the like. CONSTITUTION: The pharmaceutical solid preparation contains: a core particle; a plasticizer in which poorly soluble drugs for coating the core particle are dissolved; and a powdery enteric coating agent. The plasticizer is triethyl citrate or polyethylene glycol. The enteric coating agent contains one or more selected from the group consisting of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose acetate succinate, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose trimellitate, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose acetate maleate. The enteric solid preparation is prepared by coating a powdery enteric coating agent on a core particle while spraying a plasticizer in which poorly soluble drugs are dissolved on the core particle.
