摘要

PURPOSE: Provided is a process for surface-treatment for implant used in teeth to obtain rough surface helpful for reducing time interval between mounting of artificial tooth and initial insertion of the implant. CONSTITUTION: The process for forming rough surface on Ti 6/4 alloy contacting living bones comprises steps of (a) contacting Ti 6/4 alloy with hydrofluoric acid solution to remove oxides naturally generated from Ti 6/4 alloy and expose metal component; (b) washing the alloy after removal of the oxides; (c) contacting the exposed metal component in solution containing hydrofluoric acid and hydrochloric acid to form preferable surface profile at room temperature for desired period of time; and (d) washing the formed surface profile to remove residual solution.
