PURPOSE: A settling device of a concrete cylinder mold attached with a fiber sheet for a concrete compressive strength test is provided to easily coat the outside of the concrete cylinder mold with an adhesive agent and to simply wind the fiber sheet around the outside of the concrete cylinder mold by settling and rotating the concrete cylinder mold in the air. CONSTITUTION: In a settling device(A) for holding a concrete cylinder mold used for a concrete compressive strength test, coating the outside of the mold with an adhesive agent, and then winding a fiber sheet, pillars(30,70) with constant length having first and second housings(10,19) mounted horizontally at the upper part and formed with hollow units(130) are set up and installed at both ends of a base unit of a bed(E). A pressurizing unit(B) is mounted at the first housing of one pillar and rotated forward and reverse by the rotation of a screw to pressurize and support the center portion of the concrete cylinder mold with constant power. A rotary fixing unit(C) is installed at the second housing of the other pillar to support elastically the other side of the concrete cylinder mold by flexible elasticity. The settling device holds and fastens the concrete cylinder mold between the pressurizing unit and the rotary fixing unit and rotates the concrete cylinder mold by rotating the rotary fixing unit.
