PURPOSE: Provided is a device for manufacturing a high quality lime-sulfur mixture massively by forming a glass fiber layer inside of a manufacturing tank to minimize heat loss. Therefore, it has increased heat and cooling efficiencies and manufactures a high quality lime-sulfur mixture massively. CONSTITUTION: The device for manufacturing a lime-sulfur mixture(100) is composed of a supplying part(110) which has a supplying tank(111) and a supplying screw(112); a manufacturing part(120) which has a manufacturing tank(121) with a stirring blade(123), a water supplying pipe(128), a heating part(126) having a burner(127), and a stirring motor(122); and a cooling part(130) which has a cooling tank with a stirring blade(133) and a stirring motor(132). In the manufacturing part, the manufacturing tank supplied with lime and sulfur has a glass fiber layer(121d) inside.
