PURPOSE: To provide a container binding device automatically locked or unlocked by the weight of a container and preventing the shaking and separation of the bound containers, thereby improving working efficiency and safety. CONSTITUTION: A housing includes an accommodating portion(15a) in which a rotary unit(32a) of an upper locking head(31) is accommodated, a fixing hole(15c) formed at the bottom of the accommodating portion and to which a first spring pin(51a) of a spring(51) is fixed, a placing face(11) on which a protrusion(21) of an operating unit is placed, and a locking pin(12) located in a slit groove(44) of a lower locker(40). The operating unit moves up and down in the housing, and includes a tapered incision portion(22) into which the locking pin is inserted, a fixing groove(23) into which the fixing protrusion of the lower locker is inserted, and a stepped portion(24) contacting with a corner casting of a container. The upper locker includes the upper locking head, the rotary unit having a fixing hole(32b) to which a second spring pin(51b) of the spring is fixed, and a rotary shaft(37) coupled to a bush(47) after coupled to an elastic spring(35) and a washer(36). The lower locker is coupled to a hollow portion of the operating unit, and includes a through hole(42) through which the bush penetrates, a lower locking head(43), and the slit groove.
