PURPOSE: A worksheet including an incorrect answer note for recording wrong problems is provided to enhance the repeated learning efficiency by composing easily the incorrect answer note. CONSTITUTION: A worksheet includes a space part(2), a problem expression part, and a solution expression part including solutions to problems. Various kinds of problems are recorded on the problem expression part(1). Each problem of the problem expression part has an adhesive portion. The adhesive part is formed with a type of post-it or a type of sticker. A learner uses the adhesive part to make an incorrect answer note(3).
