PURPOSE: A massage mat is provided to perform an efficient massaging by expanding the range of a hitting position using one massager and preventing side effects, such as pain, with the extension of a hitting cycle in the same position. CONSTITUTION: The massage mat has a solenoid massager mounted at a mat body and is arranged to hit a human body according to a signal from a control part, wherein the massager is elastically supported by a spring(15) inserted into the outer peripheral face of a driving shaft(11), a central body(12c) of an actuating lever(12) having the massage parts(12a,12b) at both ends for hitting a human body, centered on the driving shaft(11) formed at the central part of a main body, is coupled to a bearing(14) inserted into both sides of a fixed shaft(13a) of a fixed wheel(13), the fixed wheel(13) being fixed to the upper end of the driving shaft(11) and transferring a driving force.
