PURPOSE: Provided is a stack structure of a fuel cell to prevent the leakage of fuel or air by allowing the bipolar plates of stack to be adhered closely at entire part with a uniform pressure distribution. CONSTITUTION: The fuel cell supplies the fuel stored in a fuel tank to the fuel electrode of stack, supplies air to the air electrode of stack and obtains the electromotive force by the electrochemical reaction of the fuel and air, wherein the stack structure(100) is such that it comprises layered cells where electricity generation is carried out, an outer plate(101) is adhered to the outer side of the layered cells, the outer plate and the corner part of the each cell are fixed by a bolt(103), and the outer plate is gradually bent from the center to the upper and lower parts so as to allow the bipolar plate of the each cell to be adhered closely at entire part with a uniform pressure. Preferably the outer plate is a metal plate having elasticity.
