E-mail DEVICE FOR AUTOMATICALLY CLASSIFYING IRREGULAR SHIPPING INDUSTRY E-mail MESSAGES INTO REGULAR DATABASE BY USING INTELLIGENT DOCUMENTS CLUSTERING AGENT

摘要

PURPOSE: An E-mail device for automatically classifying irregular shipping industry E-mail messages into a regular database by using an intelligent documents clustering agent is provided to automatically classify the shipping industry E-mails into business E-mails and enable a client to reprocess/use the classified data. CONSTITUTION: Connecting to a web server(110) through a web browser(100), each client classifies the E-mails in a web mailbox provided from a web application(130) and a mailbox of the Outlook(105) into the general mails and the business mails through an Outlook document classifier(145) and a web application document classifier(140) embedded into each client program. As the intelligent documents clustering agent(150) of the client program recognizes a keyword for the business mail and a pattern for values corresponding to the keyword, the classified business mails are classified/stored to a local data repository in an M-card(Maritime card) format(160). The stored data are searched/transmitted as a regular mail message of the M-card format by connecting to a mail server(180) through an M-card transmitter(170).
