PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing the medical treatment material for skin troubles by using ion exchange resin and sodium components. The sodium components are capable of regenerate the ion exchange resin, and thus the ion exchange resin does not need to be renewed. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing the medical treatment material for skin troubles comprises the steps of: mixing ion exchange resin and compounds containing sodium components; filling the mixture into the inside of a housing of a water softener; passing water through the mixture to soften the water and convert it to the medical treatment material for skin troubles.
