PURPOSE: A multi-campaign assigning device considering recommendations duplicated when various personalized campaigns are performed at the same time is provided to enhance marketing efficiency by assigning the campaigns in consideration of a customer's responsivity for the duplicated recommendations. CONSTITUTION: A customer preference extractor(100) extracts customer preference for each campaign. A responsivity function determiner(200) determines the duplicated recommendation and a responsivity function for the duplicated recommendation. A constraint condition presenter(300) fixes a customer number to be assigned by considering a characteristic and an environment of each campaign. A campaign-customer assignment evaluator(400) estimates/evaluates an assignment result. A customer selector(500) generates a matrix using the customers as a row and the campaigns as a column based on the customer preference, the customer responsivity, and the campaign constraint condition, and selects the campaign recommended customer by applying a constructive assignment algorithm in a state that no campaign is assigned to any customer.
