HEAT EXCHANGER HEAT EXCHANGER USING SIDE SUPPORT AS PART OF OUTLET PIPE, HAVING WORKING FLUID FLOW IN ONE DIRECTION

PURPOSE: A heat exchanger using a side support as a part of an outlet pipe, having a working fluid moving in one direction is provided to reduce the production cost by reducing the number of parts, and reduce flow resistance by adapting a one-way method. CONSTITUTION: Upper and lower header tanks(10,20) are arranged in parallel at a predetermined gap, each having a hermetic path inside. Plural tubes(30) make the upper header tank communicate with the lower header tank to circulate a working fluid. Plural heat dissipating fins(40) are interposed between the tubes. A first pipe(50) is installed to communicate with the upper header tank. A second pipe(60) face-contacts with the utmost part of the tubes and the heat dissipating fins, communicating with the lower header tank. The second pipe is formed of a support part(61) supporting a side of a heat exchanger, and a tank part(62) combined with the support part for forming a chamber.
