SAMPLING SYSTEM COMPOSED OF SAMPLING CONDITIONING RACK, ANALYZER PANEL, CONTROL AND RECORDER PANEL AND CHILLER UNIT IN STEAM POWER PLANT

PURPOSE: A sampling system of a steam power plant is provided to cut down the cost, to reduce the number of parts and the installation area, and to operate easily by designing the common sampling system. CONSTITUTION: A sampling system(20) for gaining accurate and precise data is composed of a sampling conditioning rack(21), an analyzer panel(22), a control and recorder panel(23) and a chiller unit(24), and installed in a power plant. The sampling condition rack guides water or steam to the sampling system according to each boiler(10) by sampling water or steam for measuring the quality of water, and the chiller unit decreases temperature and pressure of water or steam for measuring easily. The analyzer panel measures the quality of water or steam by measuring the density of element.
