Purpose: the video call system in a mobile phone using animation is arranged to wake up none interested extra cost of a user, passes through the animation file being stored in a memory and embodies the virtual video calling using it. A voice signal is compressed in voice compression part (21), is inputted by a microphone (21A). Control unit (22) multiplication and one voice bitstream of DeMux, transmit and receive through modem (23). Modem (23) executes modem, in order to be transmitted by a strip antenna (ANT21) and receive the voice signal with another terminal. Speech decompression part (24) makes the bit stream of DeMux be restored to original voice signal and exports it to be restored to a loudspeaker (24A). Sound monitoring part (25) exports a speech detection signal according to the recovery of voice signal. Remember an animation file of (26) storage for virtual video calling. Animation file is read from memory (26) and regenerates it when speech detection signal, which monitors part (25) from sound, to be entered in animation regeneration part (27).
