PURPOSE: To provide a cylindrical filter press type dehydration machine which continuously dehydrates the thickened and dehydrated sewage or wastewater at high pressure and discharge dehydration completed cake (water removed sludge) after thickening and dehydrating sludge contained sewage or wastewater generated at sewage disposal plant or wastewater treatment plant. CONSTITUTION: In a cylindrical filter press type dehydration machine equipped with thickening part (20), dehydration part (21), high pressure dehydration part (22) and concentration control part (23) in multistage, the cylindrical filter press type dehydration machine is characterized in that the thickening part and the dehydration part are installed inside a case (100) and comprise a dehydration screw (10) installed in the case such that one side of the dehydration screw is interlocked with the other side of the dehydration screw, fixed plates (12) installed in multistage on a fixed bar (11) with being spaced apart from each other in a certain distance at an outer side of the dehydration screw, and operation plates (13) respectively interposed between the fixed plates by a space (14) and constructed in such a manner that the operation plates are operated along outer diameter of the dehydration screw at the inner side of the space so that dehydrated sludge is moved toward the high pressure dehydration part while separated water is discharged to a separated water discharge pipe (15), the high pressure dehydration part is installed at the side of the dehydration part and comprises a high pressure screw (17) installed on the same axis as the dehydration screw inside a cone type perforated pipe (16), and the concentration control part is installed at an outer side of the high pressure dehydration part and comprises a back pressure plate (18) adjustably installed at an outer side of the concentration control part to discharge finally dehydration completed sludge through a cake discharge part (19).
