PURPOSE: A hat having a hair binding structure is provided to prevent uncomfortableness or pains caused from a pressure on one's head, prevent one's hair from being excessively squeezed and prevent one's hair style from being damaged or deformed. CONSTITUTION: The hat comprises: a guide(20) attached at an inner side of both sides of a rim(14), and having an opened portion(21) for admitting hair(H) formed at one side and a movable guide hole of a rectangular shape provided at the front; and a hair binding element consisting of a supporting strip(31) inserted into the guide(20) and movable to the left and right by means of a grip(40) and an elastic inserting strip(32) formed integral with the supporting strip(31) and selectively inserted between the hair(H).
