PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an electrooptic panel, a program for manufacturing an electrooptic panel and an apparatus for manufacturing an electrooptic panel, and a method for manufacturing an electronic equipment are provided to prevent lowering of the quality of liquid crystal by removing contact with a sealant in applying liquid crystal by a droplet discharge method. CONSTITUTION: When liquid crystal is applied on a display area of a substrate constructing an electrooptic panel by a droplet discharge method, a plurality of liquid crystal drops(12d) are dropped at a position far from a display-side end of a sealant(17) applied to an outer peripheral part of the substrate more than a half of a finally spreaded diameter of the liquid crystal drop.
