PURPOSE: A method for preparing a polymerization nanoparticle and a polymerization nanoparticle prepared by the method are provided, to obtain a polymerization nanoparticle with a solid part of 30 wt% or more without the gelation or the deterioration of yield. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of adding reactants in a reactor; and reacting the reactants to form a crosslinking polymerization nanoparticle, wherein the polymerization nanoparticle has an average particle diameter of 1-200 nm, the method is free from emulsion, and the level of solid part of the polymerization nanoparticle is 30 wt% or more. Preferably the method is selected from the group consisting of solution polymerization, dispersion polymerization, suspension polymerization and precipitation polymerization; and is selected from the group consisting of batch process, semi-continuous process and continuous process.
