PURPOSE: A treatment instrument for EMR(Endoscopic Muscosal Rejection) and an EMR apparatus are provided to improve a safety and an operational time of the EMR by swelling a portion to be dissociated while separating it at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A treatment instrument for EMR includes a separating and swelling member(110) and a first introduction member(120). The separating and swelling member is configured to be inserted in a submucosal layer(2) located below a lesion portion(4) present at a muscosal layer(5) of a body cavity(1) after being inserted in the body cavity through an endoscope(10) in order to separate and dissociate a portion to be dissociated(5a). The lesion portion is present on the portion to be dissociated. A non-affected portion(2b) is provided under the portion to be dissociated without having the lesion portion from each other. The first introduction member includes the separating and swelling member connected to a leading end of the first introduction member. The first introduction member supports the insertion of the separating and swelling member into the submucosal layer.
