PURPOSE: A recording medium having a data structure for reproducing recorded still images, a recording and reproducing method and a device in accordance with the recording medium are provided to include a data structure having a clip stream file and a clip information file in a recording medium, and to include video data for still images in the clip stream file while including at least an entry point map in the clip information file, then to include an entry point in the entry point map while supplying at least addresses of the still images in the entry point. CONSTITUTION: A clip stream file and a clip information file associated with the clip stream file are recorded in a recording area. Video data for still images is included in the clip stream file, while at least an entry point map is included in the clip information file. An entry point is included in the entry point map. The entry point at least supplies addresses of the still images. The entry point at least provides a start address of the video data which forms the still images. The entry point connects a presentation time of the video data with an address of the video data for forming the still images.
