PURPOSE: An air conditioning system for a vehicle for preventing lowering of air volume discharged through a defrosting ventilation port while maintaining an ordinary discharging function is provided to prevent volume of air sent to a glass window of a vehicle by removing a limitation on the size of a defrosting ventilation port. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioning case has a plurality of openings for ventilation. A cylindrical door(16) is mounted inside the air conditioning case, and controls an opening area of each opening for ventilation by rotation. A side ventilation port(14) of the openings for ventilation is extended to be protruded to the outside in a longitudinal direction of the cylindrical door. A cylindrical surface opening(163) is formed at a cylindrical surface(161) of the cylindrical door to be communicated with the openings for ventilation by rotation. Side openings(165) are formed at a side(164) to be communicated with the side ventilation port.
