RECYCLING METHOD OF AGRICULTURAL WASTE VINYL AND WASTE VINYL BAGS, WHICH SEPARATE LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE BY THEIR COMPONENTS

PURPOSE: A recycling method of agricultural waste vinyl and waste vinyl bags is provided to separate LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE by their components using an organic solvent and separate the same from foreign materials such as polymers excepting ethylene, soil, wood, etc. in order to reclaim waste composed of polyethylene. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: (a) putting crushed agricultural waste vinyl, waste vinyl bags or disposable vinyl bags and processing the same with an organic solvent; (b) separately discharging each of the components using a difference in solubility depending upon the temperature of polymer components of agricultural waste vinyl, waste vinyl bags or disposable vinyl bags; and (c) separately recovering polymer materials from the discharged materials and separating polymers such as polyvinyl chloride and polyester and contaminants such as soil and wood, which are not melted in the above steps, from the residuals in a reactor.
