FUNCTIONAL TANK FOR STORING WATER STERILIZED BY USING FLUID KINETIC ENERGY AND CALCIUM HYPOCHLORITE FOR INHIBITION PROPAGATION OF GENERAL BACTERIA AND MICROORGANISMS

PURPOSE: To provide a functional tank for storing water sterilized by using fluid kinetic energy and calcium hypochlorite, wherein a sterilizing function is additionally added to a simple storage function of a conventional water tank so that the tank functions as a functional water tank to supply fresh and safe water by inhibiting the propagation of general bacteria and microorganisms in storage of drinkable water. CONSTITUTION: The functional tank is characterized in that water transfer rate and water transfer pressure of incoming transfer water are controlled by using the submerged orifice principle, free vortex motion is generated by changing a flow direction of fluid into a dissolving and supplying tank counterclockwise through a nozzle, a dissolved solution contacted with calcium hypochlorite is injected into the tank by the free vortex motion without mixing with other places due to rotational water stream, micro-concentration of residual chlorine is controlled, and both disinfection and storage are performed when transfer water flows in the tank, wherein the tank comprises a chemical injection portion outer housing(1), a water transfer pipe(2), an over drain pipe(3), a water tank manhole(4), a chemical injection portion cover(6), a chemical storage tank cover(7), a concentration controller(8), a first equalization tank(9), a second separation tank(10), a first separation tank(11), a second equalization tank(12), a dissolving and supplying tank(14), a chemical injection pipe(14), a mixing and injecting pipe(15), a water tank(16), a cleaning pipe(17), a chemical storage tank(18), a water supply pipe, a concrete foundation(20), a raw water inflow pipe, and a nozzle.
