Purpose: it is arranged to manufacture various light sources by forming colorful light source from a general light lamp using a smooth device of a spectral transmission plate. Construction: the smooth device using a spectral transmission plate includes an optical signal mixed transmission plate (222), light splitting focusing lens transmittance plate (201), a point light source reflecting plate and an antipollution transparent cover plate. Optical signal mixed transmission plate is formed by the radial middle multiple concavees lens balls (2,3) of engraving of one on the inside and outside wall of a conduit of transmittance plate. Light splitting focusing lens transmittance plate is formed by setting multiple convex lens ball on the transparent panel in radial one. Point light source reflecting plate reflects those point light sources that a headlamp is arranged to grid. Optical signal mixed transmission plate, light splitting focusing lens transmittance plate, headlamp and point light source reflecting plate sequence are arranged to form light device.
