PURPOSE: A magnetic generator, a generating method thereof, and a rotor are provided to achieve improved efficiency of generation by using a resultant force of magnetic force vectors of stator magnets and rotor magnets. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic generator comprises a plurality of stator magnets(20,20'); a stator(100) for fixing and supporting the stator magnets; a rotor(1) constituted by a plurality of bent rotating arms in the stator; a rotor shaft(2) inserted into a center of the rotor; a plurality of rotor magnets(10,10') attached to an end of the rotor such that the rotor magnets correspond to the magnetic force of the stator magnet; air gaps formed at the position where the stator magnets and the rotor magnets are opposed each other; and an external power unit and an electrical output unit connected to the stator or the rotor or the rotor shaft.
