OUTLET FOR SENSING CONTACT BADNESS TO PREVENT ELECTRIC FIRE ACCIDENT BY THE CONTACT BADNESS

PURPOSE: A outlet for sensing contact badness is provided to prevent electric fire accident by the contact badness by visually confirming whether contact between a plug and the outlet is good. CONSTITUTION: A pair of sensing plates(15a,15b) are composed in a outlet case. The sensing plates are separated from a pair of connection flaps(12a,12b) in a certain interval in an opposite direction of insertion holes(11a,11b). The sensing plates sense whether two terminals(21a,21b) of a plug(20) are perfectly inserted into the connection flaps. A contact good confirmation lamp(16) is connected to the sensing plates. The contact good confirmation lamp is turned on when the two terminals are contacted to the sensing plates.
