PURPOSE: An extraction method and an extraction device of pulp are characterized by using rice-straw, barley-straw or a reed, reducing raw material cost and being environmentally-friendly. CONSTITUTION: An extraction method of pulp using rice-straw is as follows: (a first step) cutting the rice-straw on 10-15mm of length with a cuttign device(10); (a second step) washing the cut rice-straw with a washer(11) to remove impurities from the rice-straw; (a third step) soaking the rice-straw for 5hrs. into an aqueous solution dissolved 1l of salt based on 100l of water; (a fourth step) soaking the soaked rice-straw into an aqueous solution dissolved 2.5g of vegetable caustic soda and 1g of caustic soda based on 1l of water, followed by heating the aqueous solution at 100-120deg.C for 3-4hrs.; (a fifth step) pressing mechanically the rice-straw with a grinder(50) comprised of two grinding rollers(51) to grind; and then (a sixth step) separating fiber and pulp of the rice-straw with centrifugal force of a separating device(60). An extraction device thereof comprises: the cutting device(10) cutting the rice-straw(1) with a cutter rotated at high speed; a transfer conveyor(20) washing the rice-straw(1) with water sprayed from the washer(11); a tank(30) filled with the aqueous solution dissolved 1l of the salt based on 100l of the water; a heating bath(40) installed a heating burner and filled with the aqueous solution dissolved 2.5g of the vegetable caustic soda and 1g of the caustic soda based on 1l of the water; the grinder(50); the separating device(60) putting the ground rice-straw(1) into a rotary filter drum(61) rotated at high speed to extract the pulp with the centrifugal force; and a pulp treating device(70) gathering the extracted pulp.
