CORE TURBO CLASSIFIER HAVING FIRST AND SECOND CLASSIFYING ROTORS FOR TWO-STEP CLASSIFICATION

PURPOSE: A core turbo classifier is provided to improve an efficiency of classification using the first and second classifying rotors operated in such a way that the first rotor conducts primary classification of powders and the second rotor installed on the first rotor secondarily classifies the powders unclassified in the first rotor. CONSTITUTION: The core turbo classifier includes a classifying room, a powder inlet(10) through which powders are introduced into the classifying room, a classifying rotor(30) installed in the classifying room and driven in high speed by a motor, a hopper(21) under the classifying room, and a powder outlet on the classifying room. The classifying room is divided into a first classifying space(20) and a second classifying space(40) thereon, in which the classifying rotor is installed such that a first rotor(31) and a second rotor(32) are integrally formed. A rough powder outlet(50) is formed at one side of the second classifying space and is connected with the powder inlet.
