PURPOSE: A method is provided to reduce effects of interference caused due to limitation of omni-directional antenna which is tuned only to a single channel. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises a step of permitting an omni-directional antenna(206) to receive a data notification signal from a wireless device(227), wherein the data notification signal indicates that the wireless device has program data to be transmitted to an antenna device(203); a step of permitting the antenna device to detect current usage of frequency spectrum in the wireless device direction; a step of permitting the antenna device to select a channel in the frequency spectrum for receiving program data from the wireless device, on the basis of the result of the detection of the current usage; and a step of permitting the antenna device to use one of at least one directional antenna(207) so as to receive program data from the wireless device on the selected channel in response to the receipt of the data notification signal.
