DRAIN HOLE FINISHING DEVICE FOR FORMING OPERATING LINE WITH PHOTO SENSOR TO IMPROVE PRODUCTIVITY AND WORKABILITY BY AUTOMATING EXACT CUTTING LINE

PURPOSE: A finishing device of drain holes is provided to quickly cut the drain hole by using a simple tool and to improve the productivity and the workability by offering an exact cutting line through a photo sensor and a control unit. CONSTITUTION: A conveyor(20) carries a steel frame(10) having a drain hole(12) to automatically process through one mechanism. A photo sensor(30) controls the position detection of the drain hole and the carriage of the conveyor. A worktable(40) has a tool to cut corners of the drain hole. An NC(Numeric Control) tool(50) moves the worktable in x, y and z directions. The NC tool is driven by a controller(60) to be connected with the position sensor. Thereby, the finishing operation of drain holes is performed simply and quickly by offering an exact cutting line.
