PURPOSE: A marker for diagnosing irradiation-induced cell damage, a kit or microarray containing the same, and a prophylactic or therapeutic agent of irradiation-induced cell damage are provided, thereby easily diagnosing the irradiation-induced cell damage, so that it can be useful in gene therapy for prevention or treatment of irradiation-induced cell damage. CONSTITUTION: The marker for diagnosing irradiation-induced cell damage comprises a gene encoding HSP25 or HSP70. The kit or microarray for diagnosing irradiation-induced cell damage comprises the marker. The prophylactic or therapeutic agent of irradiation-induced cell damage comprises the gene encoding HSP25 or HSP70 as an effective component, wherein the irradiation-induced cell damage is skin cancer.
