METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CARBON NANOTUBE OR CARBON NANOFIBER ELECTRODE USING METAL PARTICLES AS ADHESIVE FOR REDUCING EQUIVALENT SERIES RESISTANCE, AND ELECTRODE OBTAINED THEREBY
PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing a carbon nanotube or carbon nanofiber electrode that uses metal particles as an adhesive to reduce the internal resistance of a battery, to increase the durability, to minimize the resistance at adhesion surface, thereby significantly reducing ESR(Equivalent Series Resistance). CONSTITUTION: The carbon nanotube or carbon nanofiber electrode comprises a current collector, metal nanoparticles as an adhesive and carbon nanotubes or carbon nanofibers, wherein the metal nanoparticles are attached or fused to the surface of the carbon nanotubes or carbon nanofibers to accomplish the bonding of the carbon nanotubes or carbon nanofibers among themselves or the adhesion between the carbon nanotubes or carbon nanofibers and the current collector. The metal forming the metal nanoparticles is selected from the group consisting of alkali metals, alkaline earth metals, typical metals and transition metals.
